Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. Route services include delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility service products, with a starting hourly rate of $22.40 and potential for commission after route assignment.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required; must be at least 21 years old; DOT medical certification required.
• High School diploma or GED; ability to demonstrate strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
