Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route and service an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility services.

The role emphasizes a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends for the majority, plus base salary with commission potential after routes are assigned and monthly/quarterly bonuses.
