Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route service involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility services along an established route, with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships and service quality.

Position offers a solid base salary plus commission potential after assignment, with a four-day workweek for the majority of routes and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding prior employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork.
• Positive attitude with organization and service spirit.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
