Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, cleaning products, and other facility services.

The role emphasizes a 4-day workweek for most, little to no nights or weekends, a solid base salary plus commission, and strong training.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Will comply with DOT driving and medical certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and represent the company.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory and safety standards.
