Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. We offer a comprehensive 10-week training program, solid base salary with commission after route

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license
• DOT medical certification
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Provide documentation of previous employment
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED or Military service)

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
