Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items.

The role is a physical, fast-paced position with indoor/outdoor work and emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while upholding safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
