Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position involving delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items. The role offers a comprehensive 10-week training program, competitive base pay with commission potential

Competenze

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required and must be 21+ years old.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Mansioni

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
