Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. This role offers a solid base salary with commissions, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends, plus

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• DOT medical certification required before first day of employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory safely.
