Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility services on an established route.

Our partners typically work a 4-day week with no nights or weekends, earning a starting hourly rate during a 10-week training period, plus base salary and commission potential once on a route. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements and hold a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
