Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms and facility products, working both indoors and outdoors on a fast-paced schedule.

The role emphasizes a solid base salary with commissions after route assignment, with the majority of work on a 4-day workweek and minimal nights or weekends. Training is comprehensive, with ongoing performance bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service is required.
• Strong customer service orientation is essential.
• Self-motivation and teamwork are important.
• Maintain a positive attitude, organization and service focus.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while performing duties safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
