Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

The role includes a 10-week training program with starting pay of $25.00/hour until a route is assigned, plus a solid base salary and commission after route assignment.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements for vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain DOT medical certification.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying safe and compliant.
