Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base and delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, cleaning products, and other facility services.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
