Job summary
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.
It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. We offer a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission potential,
Qualifications
- Active driver's license
- 21 years of age or older
- DOT medical certification
- Documentation of previous employment
- High School diploma, GED or Military Service
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivation and teamwork
- Positive attitude, organization and service spirit
Responsibilities
- Be the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers
- Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns
- Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
