Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility services products. Start with a 10-week training program at $24.04/hour, then with base pay plus commissions as a route is assigned.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
