Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
