Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, cleaning products, and other facilities services along an established route. Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required; must be 21+; DOT medical certification required.
• High School diploma or equivalent; strong customer service orientation; self-motivation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers and serve as the face of Cintas to customers.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while adhering to safety and professional standards.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
