Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative in the Rental Division to manage and grow customer accounts along an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms, towels and cleaning products on a fast-paced indoor/outdoor route, with a strong emphasis on customer service and upselling.

You will mostly work a 4-day week, with no night shifts or weekend work, and participate in ongoing training and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
