Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. This role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services to an established customer base along a fixed route.

The position is physical and fast-paced, with most days featuring a 4-day workweek, limited nights and weekends, and a base salary plus commissions. Training is provided to ensure success and safety.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
