Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a 4-day

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements.
• Active driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification obtained.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
