UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily while building strong relationships with customers. You will support daily operations, ensure on-time service, and drive upsell opportunities to grow your route.

This field-based role emphasizes safety, independence, and consistency as you represent UniFirst on the road with a schedule Monday through Friday daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT requirements include a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technologies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route: primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks for accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver on-time, accurate service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships; address service needs and upsell additional garments and products.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to expand the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road; operate a company walk-in truck safely on designated routes.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends on the same route.
