Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to be the face of our brand on customer sites. You will manage a dedicated route, deliver garments and products, and maintain strong relationships while upholding safety and reliability.

This field-based role offers daily collaboration with service teams, opportunities to upsell, and a daytime Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. A valid driver's license and DOT compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• DOT compliance including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Experience in customer service or route sales is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable using technology to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route by delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Load and unload route trucks and support daily operations.
• Deliver on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell products to enhance value.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism in all interactions.
