Job summary

UniFirst seeks a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking up garments and products daily while building lasting customer relationships. You will load/unload trucks, maintain accuracy, and pursue upsell opportunities to grow revenue on a daytime, weekday schedule.

You’ll work independently with safety and service excellence at the core, representing UniFirst on the road and providing reliable, customer-focused service across your route.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma or equivalent, military service acceptable.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfort with using new technologies to enhance operations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stay on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on assigned route.
• Deliver and pick up garments and products daily.
• Load/unload route trucks and maintain route accuracy.
• Build rapport and grow customer relationships on the route.
• Identify upsell opportunities to improve route revenue.
• Operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes with safety priority.
• Address service issues and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule on the same route.
