UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, deliver garments, and build strong customer relationships with reliability and care.

You will load and unload trucks, identify upselling opportunities, and maintain safety while delivering consistent service to a stable set of customers on weekdays.

This field-based role offers commissions from day one and opportunities for growth within a nationwide team.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT physical exam and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Relevant experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfortable using new technologies to improve operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on feet for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for customers on assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks and maintaining accuracy.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while upholding customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to upsell garments and products.
• Drive sales growth by recognizing upsell opportunities and expanding the route.
• Operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes with safety as a priority.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments with energy and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and comply with safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule servicing the same route.
