Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow an established customer base on a set route in the Rental Division, Everett, WA. This hands-on role involves delivering and picking up uniforms and facility service items, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will act as the face of the company to customers, grow the base through upselling, and coordinate with the team to ensure on-time service and accurate inventory management.

Qualifications

Overview

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell to an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of previous employment.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Compensation

An estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, based on base salary and earned commissions.
