Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Route Service Representatives Enjoy

Key Responsibilities Include

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs

• Provide documentation regarding previous employment

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs.
