Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where they deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.; duties include having an active driver’s license, be at least 21 years old, obtain a DOT medical certification, and provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• A high school diploma, GED, or military service.

Work Schedule
