Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role serving uniforms, shop towels, chemicals, and other facility services. You will be the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers, ensuring quality standards, and proactively addressing concerns.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license is required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification.
• Documentation of previous employment.

This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

DOT and Driving Requirements

• Active driver’s license
• At least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, including base salary and earned commissions. Compensation decisions are based on skill set, experience, performance, and business needs.
