Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and upsell products such as uniforms, shop towels and cleaning chemicals. This role offers a solid base salary with commission potential, a four‑day workweek, and incentives, with emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs, including an active driver's license, being at least 21 years old, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation related to previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service required.

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services

Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
• Majority work a 4‑Day workweek
• Majority work no nights or weekends
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives
