Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division along an established route. Associates deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility service products, combining indoor/outdoor work in a fast-paced environment.

You will build rapport with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and upsell services while navigating renewals and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Meet all DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification obtained before start.
• Provide documentation of previous employment when applying.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory with safety in mind.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
