Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Our Route Service Sales Representatives enjoy a comprehensive 10-week training program,

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certificate.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional, safe operations.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
