Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services products in a fast-paced setting, primarily on a 4-day workweek.

You will build relationships with customers, meet DOT requirements, and work to upsell additional products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements and drive a regulated vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
