Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck on an established route, servicing and selling to an existing customer base, with a 4-day workweek and no nights or weekends.

The role includes a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
