Job summary

Cintas is looking for a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive along an established route to service and upsell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a strong base salary and commission potential after routes are assigned. Most days are a 4-day workweek, with no nights or weekends and monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and minimum age 21.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
