Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with indoor/outdoor work; you will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items, while building rapport with key decision makers and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Meet DOT driver requirements and hold a valid driver''s license.
• Be at least 21 years old and obtain a DOT medical certificate.
• Have a High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
