Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. This role involves driving on an established route to service and sell within an existing base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services.

The position offers a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a typical 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends for most shifts, plus monthly/quarterly performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver''s license
• 21 years of age or older
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment
• High School diploma, GED or Military service
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
