You will manage and grow customer accounts on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and other facility services. Expect a solid base salary with commission, a 4‑day workweek, and bonuses, with no nights or weekends.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, upselling services, and maintaining safety and quality standards while complying with DOT rules.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet DOT driving qualifications for a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• High School diploma, GED or Military service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
