Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while growing customer relationships. You’ll plan a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and handle deliveries with consistency and safety.

You will load/unload route trucks, uphold standards, and identify upselling opportunities to boost route earnings. A commission-based component complements competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma or equivalent; military service accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support Daily Operations: assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: on-time deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport, address service needs, upsell garments and products.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes with safety.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: work indoors and outdoors with energy and safety.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
