Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base in a fast-paced, physical setting.

The role features a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends for most shifts, and a base salary with commission potential plus monthly/quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and valid DOT medical certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT regulations apply to driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
