Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and upsell to an existing customer base, with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role features a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends for the majority, comprehensive training, base pay plus commission potential, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license is required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while maintaining safety and professionalism.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
