Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and related products. The role is a physical, fast-paced position with a 4-day workweek and no nights or weekends in many shifts.

Starting hourly rate is $25.94/hour, with a solid base salary and commission potential after a route is assigned, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses and incentives.

Formación

• Active driver’s license required.
• At least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork.
• Positive attitude with organizational and service spirit.

Responsabilidades

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
