Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and upsell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services.

Starting hourly rate is $24.00, with solid base salary plus commission after a route is assigned. Enjoy a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends, plus monthly and quarterly bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification required.
• 21+ years old minimum and ability to meet physical requirements.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers at customer sites.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory.
• Ensure quality standards and resolve customer concerns.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
