Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Hickory, NC is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route truck, service existing customers, and deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, and facility products in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor environment.

You will build rapport with key decision makers, upsell additional products and services, and negotiate renewals while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key decision makers at customer sites.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
