Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Dayton area to manage an assigned route, deliver garments and products, and grow customer relationships while representing UniFirst on the road. This field-based role emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer-focused service.

You will work weekdays with a predictable schedule, receive commissions from day one, and have opportunities for growth and training through our SCP program.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: Deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations: load/unload route trucks and ensure efficiency.
• Deliver consistent, reliable service with on-time deliveries and returns.
• Grow customer relationships by understanding needs and introducing new garments and products.
• Drive sales growth by identifying upselling opportunities on your route.
