UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated customer route, delivering and picking up garments and products with a focus on reliability and service excellence. You will build strong customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure accurate daily operations across both indoor and outdoor settings.

You will work Monday–Friday daytime hours, with no nights or weekends, representing UniFirst on the road and upholding safety and quality across deliveries

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Able to operate company vehicles per policy.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned route as primary contact for customers.
• Deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Load/unload route trucks and support daily operations.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell products.
• Maintain on-time, accurate deliveries and returns.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety as priority.
• Work in indoor/outdoor environments with energy and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot service issues and manage inventory.
