UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated delivery route, delivering and picking garments and products daily while building strong relationships with customers on your route.

You will work Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with no nights or weekends, and you’ll benefit from commission earnings from day one plus a comprehensive benefits package and training through our SCP program.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for long periods.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on your assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist the service team with loading/unloading trucks and setting up daily routes.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow your route and earnings.
• Represent UniFirst safely while driving and maintaining strong customer relationships.
