Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships across a predictable Mon–Fri schedule. You\'ll represent UniFirst on the road, loading trucks and ensuring safe, efficient service that meets client needs.

This role offers commissions from day one and opportunities to upsell garments and products, helping you grow earnings as you service the same customers each week in a field-based

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Strong customer service skills; able to work independently while supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks to start each day efficiently.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers and introduce new garments and products to meet needs.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings potential.
• Operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes, prioritizing safety and service quality.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a predictable schedule, servicing the same route and customers each week.
