UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering garments and products to customers daily. Youll be the face of UniFirst, growing accounts and upselling new products while maintaining reliability and safety on the road.

The role emphasizes day-shift hours with no nights, weekends, or overnight work. Youll work independently, engage customers, and contribute to service excellence on a nationwide platform.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in route sales or delivery is a plus.
• Comfort with learning new technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of day.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow relationships by identifying needs and upselling products and services.
