Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, deliver and pick up garments daily, and grow customer relationships with a focus on reliable service. This field-based role emphasizes safety, accurate deliveries, and independent work on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

The position offers commission-based earnings from day one and opportunities to upsell products, expanding your route and income.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using new technologies to improve operations.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on assigned route delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of day.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell garments and products to enhance experience.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow route earnings.
• Operate company walk-in truck on designated routes with safety and professionalism.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor/outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule servicing the same route and customers.
