UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to be the face of the company on a dedicated route. You will manage deliveries and pickups of garments and products, build relationships with customers, and represent UniFirst with safety and professionalism.

This field-based role features a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, opportunities to upsell, and potential to grow route earnings as you service the same customers weekly.

Competenze

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
• Prior route sales or delivery experience is a plus.
• Comfort with using technology to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Manage an assigned route and serve as the primary contact for customers.
• Deliver and pick up garments and products daily.
• Load and unload route trucks and ensure accuracy at start of day.
• Build and grow customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high service standards.
• Operate company vehicles safely and navigate designated routes.
