Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to be the face of UniFirst with customers on assigned routes. You’ll manage deliveries and pickups, grow accounts, and work independently while representing a nationwide company.

You’ll be on the road engaging with customers daily, prioritizing safety and accuracy, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and earnings potential through commissions and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active on a route.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support Daily Operations: load/unload route trucks, ensure accuracy.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: on-time deliveries and returns, maintain satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport, address service needs, upsell products.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upselling opportunities and grow route.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a company walk-in truck, prioritize safety.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: indoor/outdoor environments, energy, safety.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, safety standards.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime, no nights/weekends.
